For over 25 years, Cagianut & Company has worked exclusively with condominiums and homeowners associations. We define our roles as educators as well as accountants. We help board members and managers of associations to manage confidently and effectively through a better understanding of budgeting, monitoring, and all aspects of protecting investments in homes and communities. Our firm provides annual audits, transition audits and tax returns for more than 450 associations in Washington. We are expanding our practice into Idaho.
We are pleased to announce that as of December, 2010, we completed our tri-annual “Peer Review”, through the AICPA, administered by the WSCPA. (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Washington Society of CPAs). This is a periodic Quality Control review for CPA firms and only about one-third of Washington CPAs go through a process this extensive. We received a report of “Pass”, without a “Letter of Comment”, which is the best report possible. The report was accepted by the WSCPA System Review Committee and is on the public file at www.aicpa.org.
